About Hiring & Selection
Can I apply without any experience in AI?
Yes, it is possible. In the interview, we focus more on your experience in non-AI areas. Regarding AI, we mainly evaluate your attitude towards interest and learning for catching up after joining the company.
What is the selection process like and how long does it take?
Depending on the position, we anticipate 2 interviews. If arrangement of the position occurs while judging aptitude during selection, additional interviews may be conducted to prevent mismatch. The duration is about 4 weeks from application to offer, depending on the number of interviews.
Can I apply even if I'm not thinking of changing jobs immediately?
Yes, we can conduct only a casual interview. Please state so in the "Message to the applicant" on the application page.
Are interviews online?
The final selection may be offline, but basically, we complete it online.
Working Style
Can I work remotely?
Remote work is available. To facilitate communication and collaboration, we encourage coming to the office as much as possible (typically 2-3 days a week).
